Reach is the best! I took my first class about 4 months ago and have been hooked ever since.
I had never done hot yoga before, and I’d never taken a class this intense. In my first class, I couldn’t keep up, couldn’t hold all the poses, and needed a lot of breaks. I remember thinking - “that was insane, I’m never going to be able to do all that”. But now, a few months later and consistently taking classes, I think “hell yeah I can!”
Classes are challenging and fast-paced, but they’re absolutely suitable for all experience levels. I love that the workouts are fairly consistent from class to class, so you know where to push yourself and so you can really see your progress over time. Now that I’m more familiar with the routine, I’m noticing that I can start to focus on other aspects of my practice like breath work, gaze, and positioning a bit more. There’s so much opportunity for growth here!
Everyone at this studio has been so open and friendly. I usually go to Meaghan or Jon’s classes but all the instructors are encouraging and supportive and they push you just the right amount. They’re knowledgable, give clear instruction, and always offer ways to modify poses for different levels. They genuinely care about your progress and make you feel like you are part of the community.
You can tell they care about building something meaningful and they truly have. Reach has created a genuinely welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment (and I’m grateful to be a part of it !)

Ahhh, so grateful for Reach! The instructors create such a supportive, grounding, and uplifting atmosphere. It’s one of the few studios where every level—beginner to seasoned—can feel comfortable, challenged, and truly seen. Every class feels intentional, like they know exactly what you need that day.
I’ve grown so much mentally and physically since joining, and it’s become a space where I can slow down, breathe, and show up for myself. So thankful my friend dragged me to that first class—it’s changed my life in the best ways. :)

I started practicing with Reach Power Yoga a little over 2 months ago and I have to say this studio is one of a kind. When they say that they are truly there for you at any level, they are. I would consider myself on the more beginner, slightly intermediate level and I have found every class to be challenging but not overwhelming. They move at a pace that keeps your heart going but isn't discouraging. All of the teachers I have taken classes from are professional, caring and know how to motivate an entire room. I attend yoga by myself and I have never felt alone in this studio. Everyone who attends is friendly and dedicated to their own personal growth which is emulated by the wonderful atmosphere this studio provides. The monthly class pass is extremely reasonably priced and a true deal for how many classes I attend a week. This studio has transformed my weekly routine and I can't wait to get to my next practice because of them. A million stars to them.
